LOGIN & SELECT FORMS ABOVE

Once you login with the username and password that you created during your membership application, you will see a new menu item above that will be available for you to access your certification checklists. You don't have to finish the forms all at once you can finish some of the forms or even some part of the forms. You can return at anytime to resume filling in your information!
